Periyar Inn Homestay

Periyar Inn Homestay is an authentic Kerala homestay located in the Western Ghats mountain range in India’s main spice-growing area, Kumily, only 800 meters from Thekkady Forest and Periyar Tiger Reserve.
We are a local family who since mid-2015 have been inviting tourists to experience our homestay. We speak Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, and English, and welcome people of all nationalities. Our family is a modern Kerala nuclear family where Bincy is a yoga teacher and expert in the Kerala cuisine, and is responsible for running the homestay. Jobin works for the Government in nearby Kattappana, and Avinas and Ayana go to the local school.
