The USC Homestay comes with
• a bedroom with a king-size bed, wardrobe, dressing table, one split AC, and one 43 inches Smart TV;
• one drawing cum dining room with a modular kitchen, one 4-seater dining table, water purifier, refrigerator, one single occupancy bed, and one sofa set (3+1+1) with a center table. The kitchen is equipped with an LPG stove, LPG cylinder, and all required utensils.
• one washroom fitted with an English commode & a Geiser and
• a balcony with two chairs.
In the homestay, three adults can be accommodated. However, if the occupants desire to share a king bed with 3 persons, then a maximum of 4 persons can be accommodated in the house.
This property is on the 2nd floor and guests can use either a lift or staircase.
Grocery and vegetable shops are also available just a few steps from this location.
In case of requirement for any assistance, the caretaker of the complex will always be ready to help our guests to the extent possible.
